COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Avg Uticor 500W-1M00K1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Axcelis-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 B-Plus product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BLG101521070PV01SX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 313808M manufactured by Axcelis-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Axcelis-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RXE8 by Manufacturer B-Plus as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BES516300S295775S4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldwin-Jimek such as LITHO equipment made by Baldwin-Jimek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldwin-Jimek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldwin-Jimek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4P304000K31 made by Br as well as the popular 232MSS2 original spares produced by Bb-Electronics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CEM769T5 by Baldor and LITHO spares by Baldwin-Jimek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BOD26KLA01S4C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
